# How to set up my Mailgun smtp?

If you're using Mailgun, please follow these **3 steps tutorial** to set up your SMTP. Mailwarm generates interactions between your email account and its own accounts. In order to make it work, you need to set-up your SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol). 

### Step 1 : Access your email domain

Sign in to your Mailgun account and go to Sending page, by clicking on **Send** on the left bar, then **Sending,** and **Overview. ** You'll land on the page below:

### Step 2 : Access your smtp credentials

Smtp credentials will enable Mailwarm to send emails on your behalf. To access your mailgun's smtp credentials, you should simply click on the **Select** button under **SMTP**, then scroll down a bit and you will see your smtp credentials, those are the username and password used to access your smtp:

### Step 3 : Add the credentials into Mailwarm

Go on Mailwarm, and add a new email account. Then fill in the SMTP form as following :‍
**Email address** : the email address you want to warm up
**Reply-to email** : the email address you want to warm up
**SMTP host** : smtp.mailgun.org
**SMTP Port** : 587 or 465
**SMTP Protocol** : TLS or SSL (with port 465)
**SMTP Username** : Mailgun SMTP username (it starts usually with: postmaster@)
**SMTP Password** : Mailgun smtp password (the one on the previous page)

Hit the **Save & Start** button, you'll receive a confirmation email if this properly worked.
