I couldn't set my SMTP

If you're setting up a Gsuite account, please make sure you've followed this tutorial : How to setup my Gsuite/Gmail smtp ?

If you've just clicked Test and Save on the SMTP settings window but you got an error message, or your campaign is automatically turning off as soon as you turn it on : this means Mailwarm couldn't connect to your SMTP, here are settings alternatives that work.

Please try these three combinations:

587 port and TLS protocol

465 port and SSL protocol


Please always test your SMTP credentials with this tool before changing your smtp settings into Mailwarm to make sure your smtp credentials work.
