If you're using Office365 with double authentication, please follow this 4 steps tutorial to set up your SMTP. Mailwarm generates interactions between your email account and its own accounts. In order to make it work, you need to set-up your SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol).

Step 1 : Reach the App passwords page

Sign in to your Office365 account and go to Additional security verification page, and then select App passwords. You'll only see this option if your admin has set up multi-factor authentication for your organization. If you don't see this option, please contact your Office 365 admin and tell them to turn on multi-factor authentication.

Step 2 : Create a new App Password

An app password is a security layer that Office365 generates, so you can use apps like Mailwarm without your main password. Select Create, type the name of the app that requires the app password, Mailwarm in our case, and then select Next.

How to set up my Office365 smtp?

If you want to connect an Office365 account to Mailwarm, you'll need your SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) credentials. But first you should check if the SMTP Authentication is activated on the email account you want to plug into Mailwarm.

Please follow this 5 steps to activate your SMTP authentication.

Note that you will need access to your admin account to follow it

Step 1 : Reach your Admin Center page

Sign in to your Office365 account and click on the grid top left corner and choose Admin. This allows you to access your Admin Center.

Step 2 : Access settings of the email you want to connect

Now you're on Admin Center Page. You should click on Users on the left of your screen, then click Active users, choose the email address you want to connect, a flyout will slide from your right, click on Mail and finally on Manage email apps.

Another flyout should have slid from your right, check the Authenticated SMTP like in the following picture, and then click on Save Changes. You should see a message in green (like in the picture) tha

How to redirect Mailwarm emails into a specific folder ?

Mailwarm will reply to your emails according to the reply-rate you've set. This will results in tons of emails in your inbox, which is annoying if you don't store them elsewhere.

• If you're using Gsuite/Gmail, follow this 5 steps tutorial to set up a folder where Mailwarm emails will directly land into.

• If you're not using Gmail/Gsuite, you can set up a filter (usually located in the settings) with the following rule :

Create a folder where you want to store Mailwarm emails so they won't show up in your inbox and you're done!

Step 1 : Go to Settings

Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, then create a new filter.

Step 3 : Define the criteria

Type: mymailwarm as a subject (no spaces, lowercase). Each email that contains this keyword will go through this filter.

Click on Skip the inbox and Apply the label, and choose/create the folder you want.

When you add a new email account, Mailwarm is turned off by default. To turn it on, follow this 5 steps tutorial:

1. Setup your SMTP:

If not already set, click on the settings icon on the top right corner and follow this tutorial if you need some help.

This is the amount of interactions you want Mailwarm to generate by default each day. Set it according to your personal sending volume. If it's too low it might have no effects, if it's too high, it might hurt your IP reputation and keep your email landing in the spam folder.

How to set up my Mailgun smtp?

If you're using Mailgun, please follow these 3 steps tutorial to set up your SMTP. Mailwarm generates interactions between your email account and its own accounts. In order to make it work, you need to set-up your SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol).

Step 1 : Access your email domain

Sign in to your Mailgun account and go to Sending page (by clicking on Sending on the left side), and then select your domain name.

Smtp credentials will enable Mailwarm to send emails on your behalf. To access your mailgun's smtp credentials, you should simply click on the Select button under SMTP, then scroll down a bit and you will see your smtp credentials, those are the username and password used to access your smtp:

If you're using Gsuite, you need to follow this simple process to connect your email to Mailwarm.

Step 1 : Add a new campaign

Go to your Mailwarm account and click on the Plus icon. Then, give a custom a name to your campaign to distinguish it from others.

Simply click on Sign in with Google button.

Step 3 : Connect with the gsuite email to warm

The previous button redirected you to Google sign in interface. Connect with the Email you want to warm up.
